Privacy Policy

StylaDay is provided by Concurrent Space Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Information on your device

StylaDay stores your wardrobe records, photos, stickers, wear history, calendar entries, preferences, and reminders on your device. Ordinary wardrobe photo processing happens on your device. The optional Charm AI feature uploads the photos you choose, as explained below. Local processing is necessary to perform our contract with you by providing the app.

2. Optional analytics and diagnostics

If you consent, PostHog may collect usage and device information, a random identifier, approximate location, survey responses, and error diagnostics to help us improve StylaDay. When you sign in, the analytics identifier is linked to your Clerk user ID. PostHog does not record session replays.

Sentry may also collect error diagnostics. When an error occurs, Sentry may receive a replay of the activity leading up to it. Text, images, and vector graphics are masked on your device before replay data is sent to Sentry.

Optional analytics and diagnostics are off until you consent and can be turned on or off at any time in StylaDay Settings.

3. Optional Account

You may use StylaDay as a Guest or sign in to an Account. Clerk processes the authentication details you provide, such as your email address and the Apple sign-in information you choose to use, and stores the session token on your device. Convex validates that token and stores StylaDay’s Account identifier and status. This allows the app to recognize an authenticated Account. Signing in alone does not upload your wardrobe records or photos.

Creating or using an Account is optional for local wardrobe features. The app currently does not back up your wardrobe or photos to Clerk or Convex.

4. Purchases and Premium

Apple or Google processes payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds. RevenueCat receives an app user identifier and purchase, subscription, and device information to validate purchases, restore them, and provide Premium access. When you are signed in, that app user identifier is your Clerk user ID; otherwise RevenueCat uses an anonymous identifier. We do not receive your payment credentials. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.

RevenueCat also notifies our service when a purchase, renewal, cancellation or refund happens. We record the identifier each notification carries so that a repeated notification is not applied to your Account twice. We keep those purchase webhook event identifiers for up to 90 days.

5. Sharing, retention, and transfers

When you choose Charm and agree to AI photo sharing, a copy of the selected photo is uploaded through our service for processing by Replicate. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded and generated image files; Convex stores the associated job, consent, usage and credit records. We use these records to deliver the requested feature, manage credits, resolve failures, and, where you send us feedback, improve the AI prompt that produces these images. This is separate from optional product analytics and does not back up your entire wardrobe.

Generated images have a 30-day download window. Stored source and result files are not deleted automatically when that window ends; we keep them until you delete your Account or we remove them earlier. Uploads that never finish processing are removed after one day. Deletion is asynchronous. Replicate normally removes API prediction inputs, outputs and logs after about one hour; this does not mean all operational or billing metadata disappears at that time.

After you rate a Charm result, you can send us feedback about it. You can type a short note, and you can choose to include the original photo and the generated result. Nothing is included unless you tick the box, and each submission covers only that result rather than your Account as a whole. A person on our team reads your note and, if you included them, opens the photo and the result to improve the AI prompt that produces these images. We read feedback on results rated up as well as down, because a result you were happy with shows us what to keep. The reviewer sees the job, your rating, and your note. The reviewer does not see which Account it belongs to. The images stay in Cloudflare R2 and are viewed through a short-lived signed link. No new service provider receives them, and Replicate remains the only AI processor. Review access to the photo and the result lasts 90 days from when you send, which is separate from the 30-day download window on your own generated images. You can undo a submission in the app while the result is still in your Charm history. Undoing removes your note and takes that result out of review. Deleting your Account removes all of this along with the images themselves.

We share information only with Clerk, Convex, PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat, Replicate, Cloudflare, Apple, and Google for the purposes described above, or to comply with a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Local information remains until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Our service providers retain information according to their configured periods and legal obligations. They may process it outside your country using adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards where required. Contact us for more information about those safeguards.

6. Children’s privacy

StylaDay is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the applicable minimum age.

7. Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You can withdraw analytics consent in StylaDay Settings.

To delete your Account, open Account → Delete account and confirm your request. Cloud access stops when the request is accepted. We process deletion requests manually, without undue delay and within 30 days, and confirm completion through your verified account contact details. You do not need to contact support to complete the normal in-app deletion process.

Deletion covers your cloud account and associated personal information held by us and our service providers, including uploaded AI photos and associated analytics. We remove account-specific drafts and cached account data from the requesting device. Your independently stored local wardrobe remains available in Guest mode. Other installations can remove account data when they learn of the deletion; we cannot remotely erase an offline device or copies you exported.

For Glitter purchases, we process store transaction identifiers, product and quantity, purchase environment, delivery status, signed refund evidence and a ledger of balance changes and reservations. These records let us deliver purchases, prevent duplicate grants, handle refunds and investigate billing issues. Account deletion removes account-linked delivery and activity data and restricts retained financial records through redaction.

Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or other lawful exceptions, including narrowly necessary transaction evidence. Restricted deletion records help prevent stale sessions, delayed events and backup restoration from recreating your account. Retention is reviewed for its specific purpose; backups awaiting expiry are kept beyond ordinary use and deletions must be reapplied before restored data is made available.

Deleting your Account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel it through the relevant store to stop future billing. Unused Glitter associated with the deleted Account will no longer be available.
